By accessing or using ClinicOS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use ClinicOS on behalf of a clinic or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
ClinicOS provides software features for clinic operations, including appointment booking, doctor scheduling, patient CRM, automation, analytics, payment record keeping, blog publishing, and embedded widgets.
ClinicOS is an administrative software platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a doctor-patient relationship. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare providers and clinics.
Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid unauthorized access, scraping, spam, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
Appointment availability, fees, cancellations, refunds, and clinic policies are controlled by the relevant clinic. ClinicOS may record payment information for administrative tracking but does not determine medical pricing or refund eligibility.
Clinics are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of any blog posts, SEO pages, marketing copy, images, and public claims published through ClinicOS.
We aim to keep ClinicOS reliable, but service interruptions, maintenance, hosting issues, or integration failures may occur. Features may be changed, added, suspended, or discontinued over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, medical, regulatory, or business losses arising from use of the platform.
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, or violation of these terms.
