ClinicOS provides clinic management, online appointment booking, patient communication, CRM, analytics, blog, and embedded booking widget tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used to operate the service.
We may collect clinic account details, patient registration details, appointment data, doctor and staff information, payment records, CRM leads, blog content, device/browser information, and communication preferences. Data submitted through booking pages, widgets, contact forms, and account dashboards may be stored for clinic operations.
Clinics using ClinicOS are responsible for the patient data they enter or collect through their public pages and widgets. ClinicOS stores this information so the clinic can provide healthcare and administrative services.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, email, SMS, WhatsApp, analytics, payment, or infrastructure providers only as needed to operate ClinicOS or a clinic's configured integrations.
ClinicOS uses cookies and session storage for login, CSRF protection, security, and normal application operation. Disabling cookies may prevent account areas and booking forms from working.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards such as authentication, role-based access, CSRF protection, and production error handling. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Records may be retained while a clinic account remains active or as needed for legal, operational, billing, audit, or backup purposes. Clinics may request data correction or deletion subject to lawful retention obligations.
Patients should contact the clinic they booked with for medical record, appointment, or profile changes. Clinics can contact ClinicOS support for account, export, or deletion requests.
